I am a tree in the story of a forest. It’s arrogant to think anything different... and the story of the forest is better than the story of the tree. Trying to do what is right, loving mercy and walking humbly.

I have been on a couple different humanitarian type trips that focused on bringing clean water to several different communities. I've traveled to Central America and Africa for these building and well-digging projects, but love to be used right here in the US as well. I have been fortunate enough to work with some amazing organizations here in the Twin Cities that have boundless opportunties in helping those in need in tangible ways. Some of those include soup kitchens, homeless shelters, youth centers, and food packaging centers. I have been a high school youth leader for two years in Eagan Mn and serve on a Neighborhood Partnership/Outreach committee for the Eagan community as well. I recently finished a two-month stay in East Africa (Kenya and Tanzania) working with Missionaries and NGO's to grasp a better understanding of the poverty and education system that are affecting these countries. My main focus was with HIV/AIDS orphans in Arusha, Tanzania.

The possibilities are endless...
